Radical Forgiveness Workshop - Saturday July 24th
Holding grudges and harboring resentment can be major roadblocks on the way to personal spiritual fulfillment. It's as though we punch ourselves repeatedly in the face and hope it hurts someone else.
This workshop will offer a metaphysical approach to the issue of forgiveness, covering when, why and how to forgive safely and giving participants the tools to increase their ability to forgive and move on from hurtful events.
The workshop will be held at the Destress America office from 1pm to 3pm on Saturday July 24th. It will include information on practical energetic and psychic self-protection, using meditation for forgiveness of self and others, plus a chance to hear the uniquely loving perspective of the Nexi, who are the Voice of the Christ Consciousness. The session will also include transmissions of the Christ Consciousness, up to and including Level 3, the Living Word transmission.

Sanctuary in the Seven Hills - a new spiritual gathering
You are cordially invited to attend gatherings of Sanctuary in the Seven Hills, a spiritual church dedicated to the wellbeing and happiness of all beings.
Forthcoming gatherings are on the following Wednesdays: July 21st and August 4th. All sessions will run from 6pm to 7pm at the Destress America office in downtown Lynchburg. See the Directions page for the location.
Come to experience meditation, contemplation, the sharing of spiritual truths from a wide range of sources, and hands-on healing.
All are welcome but space is limited so please email via the Contacts page to reserve a place. We regret that this venue is not accessible to people using wheelchairs or who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Please note that you are not required to share any particular beliefs to attend this gathering. Open hearts and minds will be warmly welcomed, however. Donations will be gratefully accepted. The gathering is facilitated by Jenny Haynes.

Jenny Haynes is now geared up to offer private readings with the Nexi for half hour and one hour sessions at the Destress America Lynchburg office, over the phone or via SKYPE.
