Finding serenity in a busy world
Does your life seem like a speeding vehicle? No time to stop and breathe, there's simply too much to do and a thousand demands being placed on you? Do you have to get to that destination on time, no matter what the cost?
If that sounds like your life I have good news for you - it really doesn't have to be this way. The natural state of human beings is to be loving and peaceful. And if you can just imagine being happy and calm, you can bring those feelings into the here and now and simply enjoy being.
Becoming who you really are
Stress, smoking, over-eating, any form of toxic or negative feelings or behaviors stand between you and who and what you truly are. They are a barrier to accessing divinity.
The run-up to 2012 is a transformational time in which great changes are possible. Now more than ever there are lots of tools available to help people come back to their true spiritual nature, a personal connection to love, peace and forgiveness. Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and spiritual work are some of those tools.
