Welcome to the website for Destress America. This site is dedicated to promoting the Christ Consciousness, the qualities of love, peace and forgiveness that are innate in all human beings.

If you feel that the world is spinning out of control and you along with it, you are not alone!  We are living in transformative times and now, more than ever, is a time to see through the illusion of physical reality and into the truth of ourselves as spiritual beings in a physical incarnation.

The veil between the physical and spiritual realms is now gone and as a consequence those who have 'eyes to see, ears to hear and hearts to feel' are seeing, hearing and feeling things that are way beyond what we think of as 'normal'.

This is not always a comfortable experience. As we search for our Oneness, we can feel overwhelmed. However, this is a time for an end to distraction. This is a time for us to begin to step into the truth of who and what we are and who and what we came here to be and do. Help is at hand.
