Directions

 

Destress America is located in the MindBody Studio, on the second floor of the Piedmont Center, at 311 Rivermont Avenue. Lynchburg, Virginia. Enter the building from D Street and make your way upstairs. The offices are on the right hand side of the upstairs foyer - look for the Destress America sign to find Jenny Haynes.  Next door is the office of LuAnn Keener-Mikenas.

Coming from downtown Lynchburg, take Rivermont Avenue and just as you leave the bridge over the River James, take the very first road on the left which is D Street. The Piedmont Center is on the left hand corner of that road.

Coming from Boonsboro, take the last road on the right before the bridge over the River James, which is D Street. The Piedmont Center is on the left hand corner of that road.

You can either park on D Street or drive to the parking lot at the end of D Street and park there.
